Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. No minimum order amount required.

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped. During busy periods (such as holidays or sales) delivery may take slightly longer.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Customs and import duties
All countries we ship to are within the European Union, so no customs duties or import fees apply.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we can reship it at the customer's expense.
Lost or damaged packages
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with your order number (and photos in case of damage), and we will find a solution together.
