Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your dress. If you are not, you can return your order.

14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Let us know within these 14 days that you wish to return your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

How to register a return

Email shippingalsafir@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
We will send you the return address and further instructions.
Pack the item carefully and send it back within 14 days of notifying us.

Conditions

You may try on the dress as you would in a shop. Do not wear it outside or remove any labels.
Return the item unworn, undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to try it on, or has been damaged, we may deduct the reduction in value from the refund.

Return costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your parcel with tracking.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for your order.

Cancellations and exchanges

Because we process orders immediately, an order cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Your 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt always remains in effect. Exchanges are currently unavailable: return the item and place a new order in your preferred size or colour.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us at shippingalsafir@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt, preferably with a photo. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and cover the costs in this case.
